Captain America was taking the fight to this Hulk with some Judo tricks. Now take a much stronger, more agile, quicker thinking and much more heavily armed person and well.... He still loses more often than not within reason. However Slade took a punch from Superboy that destroyed the ground he was sanding on, snatched up by Wonder Girl slammed into a building and hit wiht her lightning and he was still not knocked out so I think he can take a lot more damage than people are crediting him.
Also his grenades were able to K.O both superboy and WonderGirl.
He has hacked off Cyborg's arm as well as tossed his sword with enough force to go through his head.
Deathsroke is definetly agile enough to doge Hulk's attacks and all it take is him lobbing a couple grenades in his face or putting his sword through Hulk's neck to put him down for a little.

No they fought some more outside on the street until Hulk wrapped Captain America up in a light pole. Damn I wihs I oculd find the scans.
The point of that argument is that an agile and skilled fighter was able to keep out of Hulk's reach and give him trouble. Turn that fighter into someone faster, stronger and with energy weapons that can take down high end bricks and he cna give Hulk even more trouble.
I would still put my money on Hulk but with a critical head wound or possible a multiple grenade barrage I think he cna maybe keep Hulk out long enough to count as a W. Slim chance though.

It's debateable that Slade is much stronger, or faster in tactical thoughtspeed.
