If vader was so powerfull why did he have such dificulty taking 8 normal jedi?

why did he not have sidious come with him?

also why did yoda not attend this? why did he choose to hid?

Because 1) he is still in experienced, it was only 3-5 weeks after ROTS
2) Sidious ordered him to do something else and he defied sidious
3) Because yoda could have died

Still pwning 4 jedis is still remarkable and could have finished all of them had he not been backstabbed

If this was OT vader it would completely go a different way, vader would hand them all their asses

Working together? Are you having a laugh? You must have missed the part where Master Arana kills fellow jedi Bultar Swan.

And the jedi he pwned kinda sucked, most of them just ran at him with their saber above their head, completely unprotected.

They were NOT working together. In fact, some of them died because of it.

Where did all this happen?

In Purge a one shot Dark Horse comic, where Vader, while still obsessed over Obi Wan, attempts to take on 8 Jedi, does fairly well till the cotoris(sp) blade shuts his saber off...it goes downhill from there and he ends up with his hands cut off screaming about the dark side like an idiot.

He capitalized on their inability to work together. He outmatches all of them 'til that woman uses her cortosis weapon to deactivate his saber. Then, to echo AC, things go downhill. He loses limbs, his armor is torn to hell, but he still manages to wipe them all out using his cunning, his physical strength, and his obvious superior command of the Force.

Tsu Choi's death was the funniest. Vader keeps him cemented in mid air when the Stormtroopers arrive.

Without the clones, he wouldn't have been able to defeat Tsui Choi. The little guy easily outclassed him with a saber.

Funny. I didn't see that. But, given Vader's state when he engaged him, it wouldn't surprise me.

But, clearly, Tsui Choi wasn't able to outclass him in the Force. 😉
