The only way that Fisk ever does well against the likes of Captain America, Daredevil, or Spiderman is when THEY job like crazy. He is damn near untrained, and isn't even peak human. In a forum scenario, the Kingpin gets shit-stomped by anyone else in this thread.

Kingpin untrained? Obviously you dont know much of what youre talking aobut. Kingpin is trained indeed. Hes also pretty agile. Much more agile than a man his size should be.

A little bit of proof, please? He is more agile than a man his size SHOULD be, yeah. But he doesn't have peak human agility.
He is trained indeed? Compared to the likes of Daredevil, Cap, Elektra, or Wolverine? No. He's a toddler compared to these guys.
He's peak human? No. He MAY have peak human strength, but that would be the only attribute he could claim.

Don't put Wolverine down so quickly. He is an incredibly skilled fighter, only to be matched by the likes of those in this thread. He also has the option of having multiple weapons (a sword as well as his claws - which he CAN pop without suffering massive bloodloss - look at the times he's been depowered). He's also the only one in this thread to have truly enhanced physical attributes, everyone else is peak human at best. I'd give him good odds against Daredevil, Kingpin and Elektra, but I can't really see a powerless Wolverine match tic for tac with Captain America.

I don't have scans on me, but I've seen many a time where he's fought with his claws while depowered.
Also, without his adamantium skeleton, Wolverine will be even faster than he normally is, which is frightening considering even his normal speed feats outstrip most of everyone elses in this thread.
Not to mention that his skills are on par with, or greater than, anyone elses here. He is (in my opinion, I promise that others will disagree) slightly less skilled than Captain America, but more skilled than Daredevil or Elektra. And leaps and bounds over the Kingpin.

and i guess since we know the winner, we're debating for second? lol
i think DD (with his radar sense and slight training) could avoid and detain Wolvie, but idk, maybe cus i don't read much wolverine (or xmen in general). and if DD and E team up, Wolvie might go down anyway...it all depends on the actual fight, but IMO it's go

Proof? Id have to go through the comics for that. Scondly, Kingpin doesnt have to be peak human in agility. He takes many hits as it is. He also fast enough to connect with his own hits. His agility doesnt have to be peak to conted at all here. I dont even know why its even brought up.
Kingpin is trained enough. YOU call him "damn near untrained". Hes skilled enough to compete with those who are highly trained than him. Captain America isnt as trained/skilled as Daredevil or Elektra, yet hes an excellent fighter. Same goes for Fisk. Toddler compared to Captain America and Wolverine in terms of what? What you say doesnt coincide with whats shown.
Hes peak human in strength as well as durability. Thats quite enough to put up good fights against Cap, Wolvie and Elektra. Hell, he almost killed Cap with a damn bearhug.

Skills are on par or greater than anyone else here? All this has been shown when? Id say hes shown to have greater skills than Kingpin, but thats not saying much. I wouldnt go as far and say his skills are on par with DD, Cap or Elektra. You say Wolvies skills are on par with Capbut better than DD's or Elektra's? DD shows much more skill than Cap or Elektra easily.

You have your opinion and i respect it. Id just like to say that although hes fast, i dont think hed be fast to the point where DD and the others would have hard times hitting or dodging him.
