Well, if your going by the thought that he was in fact "God Made Flesh", then anything and everything is possible. If you're rationalizing that he was a man (flash, blood & mortal), it would be highly unlikely (but probable) that he travelled to Germany, learned ancient Germanic from one or more of the tribes and made it back to Israel to do the whole Son of God/Prophet bit.
Reminds me of a site I looked at once, the guy that runs it is a minister and he claims that Jesus travelled to Japan and picked Buddhist teachings, mixed them with the Old Testament and brought that mixture back to Israel where he preached the whole "God is love" bit.
