Cyclop´s optic-blast vs Superman´s heat vision

I was wondering what do you guys think is more powerful and can cause more destruction?

Seriously thou, long term Supes heat vision is more versitile and can grown stronger(maybe) thou I really don't see how. In an quick attack Scott's blast would be much more effective and cause ALLOT more damage then if you didn't have time for a more thought out fight. IMO

Superman's heat vision is by far the superior.

Heat vision for the win its more powerful and better but optic Blast is good for knocking people out and in humans cases killing them.

HV and I think this has already been done before.
