Respect Prometheus

Ok, this guy is fairly new. But his methods are brilliant. Picture a guy with advanced tech and training, similar to a certain pointy eared superhero from gotham. Now picture him as pure evil and totally ruthless. you now have a decent picture of Prometheus. Let me start off by emphasizing one thing. this guy has no powers, no mutant abilities. He has the kind of insane prep skill that Batman has. And advanced technology that makes him just as, if not more dangerous. the Prometheus wiki page As you can see,

This guy's good.

Here we see him revealing himself and disabling Steel.

Here we see his helmet at work and taking down the martian manhunter.

I'll post the rest of the scans from that issue later. This guy is as good as Batman, maybe potentially better......

He successfully took down the JLA and almost suceeded in making Blue Supes break his containment suit to kill himself. That comic was sweet. He made Jonn became poo, beat Batman hand to hand, made Kyle's will become that of a cocaine addict's etc. etc.

Morrison Prometheus was pretty badass. It looks like DC wants to restore that luster.

Thanks dude. Yes, Prometheus should be able to beat Cap. Not saying it wouldn't be a great fight or that he couldn't lose, but he has the strong possibility of winning.

Please we all know Cap is Mr. Jobber aura. The guy almost took out the entire JLA, Cap shouldn't be a contest.

Prometheus was also owned by Catwoman in that same issue... He is quite a badass, but he wins mostly through prep. Then again, if he just uses his little key he would destroy Cap.

Yeah Prometheus is just like Cap or Batman, he will take down the big leagues like Superman or whatnot (Which is why he deserves respect) But then he loses to the little guys (Didn't Alfred take him down once? I really want to create an Alfred respect thread now lol )

So basically, crazy prep skills rivalling or superior to bats, but very little ability to adapt.

Dexter's a good show, but the season finale was kinda hokey. Like why was no one watching Bryan's place at the end? How did Dexter sneak him into there for the set up?

Yes. He has the intelligence and tech to do it easily. The guy is a genius.
I think G. Morrison originally intended him to be a cross of Batman/Dr. Doom which I thought was a cool concept.

His origin is awesome. Maybe one day I'll post it.

Dexter never really snuck into Bryans place. It was all expected on Bryans end as he wanted to establish a bond with Dexter.

Actually, G. Morrison has refered to Prometheus as the 'anti-batman'. When you think about it, their origins and motivations are polar opposites. You have his origin? Please post it when you can.

I got that part. Why were no cops watching Bryan's place? Wouldn't that be standard procedure?
