Eclipso vs Shadow King

What has the Shadow King done?

Eclipso is basically a God, he Shadow King is a psychic. Unless he's gotten a huge power up, then I don't see Shadow King winning.

Shadow King is more then a psychic, He's sort of a telepathinc spirit.

Is he more than a god? I somehow doubt that...
