and I support the second view ... Because men and women complete each other strongly and life need both of them

when i wrote this Participation just I wanted only to know your views. No need for bad words . anyway .. Everybody does mistakes .. But the most important thing that you must be tolerant person with others. This is what I have learned from my life . 🙂 .. And especially by the Japanese people.

This is a VERY complex question. There is 3% DNA difference between a man and a woman - thats more than between a human and a CHIMP!
I HIGHLY recommend you read Warren Farrell's books or read his tapes. He answers this question in the most unbiased and most well researched way I have ever seen. Especially The Myth of Male Power.

As far as responsibility is concerned I would try looking at say Muslim countries as a pose to Western as see how the courts charge men and women for the same crime. That is a very big clue.
Also although I believe men and women have approx equal innate intelligence look at almost everything that has ever been invented in the past thousands of years - men or women? [I'm talking about both constructive and destructive inventions]
