Having observed this parallel dimension outcome, Surfer thinks, "Why go to all that trouble?" Surfer goes back in time, kills Ion's parents.

That aside, Ion takes this. Why? I don't rightly know cuz I don't know that much about Ion. But from what I've read in the forums, I think he is the more powerful individual.

I am sorry but this isn't even debatable Ion is leagues ahead of Surfer even on his best day heck you could add Rune king Thor in this and Ion would still win.Although current Ion has yet to do anything impressive.

He has the power of Parallax, oblivion, and something/someone else, cant really remember what or who though at the moment.

As much as I like SS, Ion takes this 10/10 easily.
