Sometimes I wonder how often certain activities are denied to everyone because of the preceived risk of extending the right to everyone, eventhough only a few would take advantage of it.
I mean, very few people would actually do it. Not to compare sex to excretion, but just because it's not illegal to piss in public, doesn't mean everyone does.
