Godzilla would lose, Gojira would pwn.
Unlike most comic book icons, Gojira gets weaker over time.
Gojira's atomic breathe is hot enough to burn the Hulk's skin and muscle off, not that Hulk couldn't regenerate.
Gojira is probably weaker than any creature per size weight ratio, but he is HUGE.
Big enough to make his muscle mass trump the Hulk's, which is saying a lot.
Gojira can't reach every part of his body, so the Hulk could stay on some part of his body and punch him, not that it would do any good.
2003 Hulk had to get momentum to fling the tank in the film as far as he did, not to mention he almost go sat an his ass by a shot. Most of the comics Hulks could have thrown the tank farther one handed.
UD Hulk was alright, but the amount of damage he'd take from Hulkbusters was a little too much compared to most of the comics Hulks.

Based on what we've seen Clover do as a baby, do you think Hulk would have trouble with him once he becomes a full blown adult?
Then again, Clover's massiveness might play against it. The Hulk would have plenty of places to position himself where Clover couldn't reach. From there, I think he could crack Clover's carapace, and then it would all be down hill from there. When Hulk sees he can hurt something, he'll throw all he's got at it until it's dead.

Yeah, the fact that a tank missile can penetrate his skin. And the Cloverfield Monster was tiny compared to Gojira, and a full grown one would still get his ass handed to him by Gojira.
What is this based on? Clover is nearly the same size as Gojira, and is only a baby. And to say that when he becomes fully grown he'd still get his ass handed to him by Gojira is full blown trolling/spamming/whatever.
