What I mean is, IG makes one God!

And ONLY the LT has proven to be above it's power.
(on panel LT nullified an IG attack) (official handbook confirmed the LT's superiority)

Jim Starlin also stated it made one God! (but proven to be below the LT)

IG didn't take over everything because ...

1. Thanos only wanted one reality.
2. Nebula was mentally unstable and was defeated with stipulations.
3. Warlock didn't want any reality.
4. Rune was struggling for control of the IG with the Gems themselves, he was defeated.

That's it.
