2099 had about class 5 strength, but was sublimely fast and had a very good Spider-sense. He also seemed to be a better fighter as well.
He takes a majority, if not all. He was kicking Dargo Ktor's butt single-handedly.

That he is. Granted, Dargo wasn't a very good fighter, but he was still pretty powerful.

the thing is DS has instantaneous reactions, is a better fighter than Spidey 2099, has better weapons, is about as strong. so he wins...7-8/10
