Seriously, last week I was on a semi crowded train on my way to class and this little boy on a stroller, he must've been about 5, was absolutely going berserk, crying hysterically, shrieking out the top of his lungs, continuously, over a toy he kept throwing on the floor purposefully cause he wanted another nearby child's' toy, it seemed and i sat right smack next to his parent or caretaker and after about 5 minutes of the constant madness and my ears literally ringing, I took a stand. I asked the woman if she could "please calm your kid down a bit?" and she gave me this look as if i stuck a sword in the child's heart and displayed the act for all to see. It was like that "How dare you!!" look..
It was unbelievable... And I was the bad guy for not wanting to let my ears ring painfully and for not tolerating improper behavior.

You shoulda said "SHut that kid up, or I will".At least that way, even if she didn't stop the kid, she woulda moved to the other side of the bus in fear.
If that wasn't a joke then na. Saying that would've been as outta line as she was. And I don't stoop. Although I felt like saying that I believe that a man should be a gentleman in public, "thanks to having being told that by my mother" I blame her for that, if you will.. But all i wanted was for the kid to at least quiet down, not to really put her out there.
