Logic also says that of a woman can create, channel, disperse, and redirect one of the greatest diplays of atmospheric electromagnetism through her BODY, then Magneto cannot munipulate her hemoglobin. Magenetism is created by Electricity(Eectrons in motion) I don't know about those other people.

The issue said 15 percent faster than normal human, right? 15% does not equal 15 times. Besides, there is still time that has to be included for his body to tap into the field and build up the power. Also, Storm has much more electricity running through her body than he does. Hence, she can make her mind immune to telepathic assaults.
Looking at these facts, I am not so convinced that Magneto can work his powers faster than Ororo as she can look at other characters as patterns of energy and forces and see their electrons travelling through their body and react accordingly. This gives her an edge in fights. This was all stated in X-treme. In other words, she would have to have faster reaction time and though etc than others as well. Considering that she has much more electrical energy in her body than he, I would imagine she is probably faster.
As far as MAgneto inhibiting her powers, he did that by grabbing the iron in her blood while she was trying to talk reason to him. It was not in the middle of a fight. Also, considering the massive amounts of energy that courses through her body which can potentially (if she wills it so) stop telepathy cold, I'm not so sure Magneto could grab the iron in her blood. Electricity can uppercut magnetism. Magneto's powers are only a product of electricity, a force under her control. Yes, he can control it as well but nowhere near the degree she can.
Problem is, I have a lot of trouble giving Magneto any credence nowadays. The 90s have devalued him. They constantly write down powerful characters like Storm and Apacolypse whenever MAgneto shows up. In Fatal Attractions, how did he sneak up on the X-Men while heaving that his base through the atmosphere and Ororo not sense it? The lady can feel people moving around her. She can even sense the sickness in plants and the life force within living creatures/beings. This is a lady who can feel even the smallest of objects moving through the air and has tracked down other characters by sensing the energy they use when they fly through the air. This was a massive object being moved by magnetism. It was so big that it was causing atospheric disturbances. They wrote STorm down. Also, if Magneto is as powerful as you say he is, why aren't they giving ORoro's winds the credit to level mountains or lift sky scrapers or being able to punch objects to mountains of rock and ice or creating pressure fields greater than the surface of Jupiter or enough power to alter weather over a continent or hemisphere any of these things in MAgneto stories? I'll tell you why. Magneto is not on these power levels himself and they are unrealistically trying to have him battle Storm with a bunch of other characters at once. Its silly. When Magneto can cause a global EMP without any outside enhancements and without the EM fields being unnaturally warped or otherwise placed in an unnatural condition, then I would agree that he is at least a potential rival for Storm. Really, though, he would have to do even better than this as her powers really outdoes his. For instance, if a guy can cause a blackout over a continent, that's powerful and all, but somebody who can alter weather over that much eco-system is much worse as its much more destructive and everything. MAgneto has not even shown that he can cause a continental blackout purely on his own merits while STorm has done this on more than one occassion and has surpassed it by a huge margin. This means she can access much more energy and power than MAgneto. So she can toss more at him than he can at her.
In regards to Mags vs. Poccy, Poccy has atomic control over his body, a near indestructable body and rechannelling abilities. All of this was ignored so Magneto could beat him and prove he was the X-Men's most powerful villain. Sorry guys, but when so much is ignored about other powerful characters when Magneto shows up, it really calls into question his credibility and also the credibility of the stunts he's pulling. For instance, I am not really sold that he should be able to latch onto the iron in Ororo's bloodstream with all of that electrical power running through her.

2) She has to consciously shift her perceptions to see things as energy.
3) More electricity running through her body? Is she constantly having a spastic seizure?
4) She cannot make herself immune to telepathic assaults, she is resistant to telepathic mind control. She isn't Plastic Man. She isn't Wonder Woman.

What you don't seem to realize is that he did not have his shields up during their little encounter, and he had the rest of the X-Men line up to worry about. Do you honestly think Magneto is just going to stand there and take a hurricane to the face? When his reflexes/reaction speeds are 15x that of hers? Reflexes that are good enough for him to catch a speedblitzing Northstar right out of the sky?

And what did I tell you before? Magneto is NOT a magnet. He controls the electromagnetic spectrum...... and electricity IS electromagnetic energy. Not to mention lightning's heat acts in a very different manner than a fire's heat does.
Interesting little tidbit here..... with his powers, Magneto can create nuclear fusion to bind metallic particles.

I say this is interesting because in order for the particles to overcome the electrostatic repulsions of the nucleus and therefore fuse, the temperature has to be around 40000000 degrees K. 😉

I'm not seeing your point here at all considering this would only prove to somebody that she is immune to the effects of the amps and watts of her lightning. Again, this has absolutely no bearing on the fact that Magneto could and would manipulate the iron in her blood if they were to ever fight at full, bloodlusted potential. Not only that, but when Magneto actually DID disperse and rechannel her lightning through her body (apparently he has better control over her own lightning than even she does) it hurt her tremendously.
