You can do 600 lbs on your left arm? 😐
Man, you're either left handed of you're been doing some serious weak hand wanking.

I love to do curls, pushups, and situps. So here's my question: How much do you curl and how many? I do.....

120 5 lbers(left arm)
140 5 lbers(right arm)
50 10 lbers(left arm)
65 10 lbers(right arm)
35 20 lbers(right arm)

Getting higher each day. I don't have any heigher weights than 20s.

I used to do a bunch like that for toning, but they went up in the thousands. I'll have to post my routine. I need to find it. I didn't use any weights though.

i do sprinting push ups and benching, i thouhgt that was enough

Pushups for Pecs and Triceps
Situps for abdomen.
Pullups for Latissimus Dorsi
Shrugs for Trapezius
Squats for Quadraceps
Reverse Leg Curls for hamstrings
Running to reduce fat, particularly in your stomach and legs.
Normal Curls for bicep, etc etc.

which is better sprinting or jogging

Depends on whether or not you want to build your slow twitch fibers or your fast twitch fibers.

well whats healthier

What are you trying to do?

In an average everyday man jogging for very long distances would be better than sprinting a hundred yards.

Pretty much whenever I can or have the energy to. I'm ready to do it pretty soon right now.
Dude, my arms, neck, and back hurts. I didn't do them for a few days, and then I saw "Rocky IV" and decided to do as much as humanly possible. Ouch.
