agreed. ryuji is powerful AND FAst. Hugo is just powerful...and stupid...and wears pink leather and pink leopart print shirts....and hangs around with Poison without knowing that she's a ho....err...i mean he.
Yamazaki's got that natural killer instinct combined with a sadistic cerebral predator mind. he's a gone case packing lots of power and speed. plus he enjoys being hit.

Only advantage Hugo may have is his pain tolerance & durability seeing how Hugo wasn't knocked out by Ryu's Shin Shoryuken. However he is still not going to win.
