Hostel had to go to the lengths it went to as the modern horror audience is now completely desensitised. It is, in my view, as close to the perfect slasher movie as you can get. The original question is this thread is stupid though. Do you really think Eurotrip was the first movie to have its charcters embark on a European vacation?
