Well he certainly is by the time of JLA 1 million and in crisis it's stated all things come from Superman.

Oh, he wrestles angels "Asmodel" and beats gods "Darkseid, Dominus", but I see your point beating Thor doesn't make him cosmic, nor does being instrumental in defeating Imperiex etc. etc. etc.
I guess you don't read comics much or at least anything but Marvel do you.

And I guess you don't read other's posts much. I said it was stated that he was a cosmic being. It was said on a scan I found, I believe at the Superman respect thread.

All things come from Superman. He is around Herald level but it's his potential that makes him so special Marcus. They have a static power level Supes is constantly expanding. His power set will continue to increase over the centuries.
