Chris was in the Air Force, I think before even S.T.A.R.S.. He got through the Mansion and then Alexia. Carlos was always more of a sidekick than anything.

I don't like Chris, either. The Redfield Family sucks as a whole. But he still has just done a lot more than Carlos.

Chris is boring, but Carlos has no business what so ever facing Chris in a shootout.
