Yeah,another member on YT inspired me to start animating. It's time consuming,but FUN!

well,you can use ANY program. As you draw,save it once and awhile,then keep adding and saving 'till your done.

Then,go to Windows movie Maker and import all the saved picture files. You'll need to speed them up to get the 'drawing' effect. And add a bit of music if you want.
