Spawn's screwed. This would be a good fight, especially on neutral ground, but New Gods DS was a beast. I think Spawn could win in hell, but not elsewhere.

i put second age spawn on king thor level or a bit above since he rewrote the world and could melt heavens gates but im guessing darkseid would win due to the OE, that be kinda cool since if he kills the king of hell he'll become the king of hell.

Kirby Darkseid would mess him up bad.
