Gotcha, well basically he is a copy of Kang and some debate that he is an off-shot of Kang or somehow related to him. Master's technology was the thing that saved the world during the Kang Wars and he had an army of from divergent timelines

Makes no sense giving Master a 1 in energy projection as he controls all forms of energy and has various blasts that can easily destroy a city block.
