I don't post my birthday year, and contradict the latter of your post. Granted I am not a newcomer, however I doubt I made up the .1% of all of the newcomers in my beginning, and strongly disagree/stand against any stereotype towards newcomers. We wouldn't have half the problems in the OTF let alone in KMC if at least a quarter of the people weren't so negative towards the new ones or tried to take a BA stance in their presence.
