Coud the Spectre destroy a universe?

Well, could he?

he once had the power of the presance most of it, so yes he probably could, lesser characters like anti monitor could destroy universes and yes he is lesser, the presance even punished him for not defeating him which he could have, as well as captain atom he created a universe spectre is higher then him so probably could destroy the universe.

LT never vaporized galaxies the guy has only shown to make a star go nova that was his highest feat that i know of and even then it failed. spectre can bascially do whatever he want in a comic as long as the presance backs him up.
