As in I've read the Manga up to this point. Sasuke isn't moving Mach speeds, ever. Also, Gaara's sand isn't quicker than sound either, considering Rock Lee was able to outrun it, and there was no stating that he could move Mach speeds.
Also, just because you have fire doesn't mean Venom is losing.

I actually like Naruto, all anime for that matter so before this closes because of "the rules, condesending jerks Sasuke at the middle of Naruto series takes Venom, his sharigon eye predicts movements, makes him see faster like CapAmerica, and copy attacks. Sas is a tactical ninja genious. Venom would hope Sas doesnt go evil demon mode (forgot what it was)>>>Sasuke 9/10 w/o a doubt. Ide even go so far as to say he would put spidey on his ass.

demon mode im pertty sure venom would lose
plus sasuke is an incredible battle tactician (as are most in naruto)

Sasuke is well beyond mach speeds now.
In the manga Gaara is fight some sound-nin on a roof. The ninja boosts to having sound attacks that Gaara's shields will be to slow to block... but his shield blocks the attack and he kills him easily. Rock Lee sans weights was faster the the sand sheild and so was Sasuke. Sasuke also showed mach speeds in the Forest of Death when he saved Sakura and one other person (maybe Naruto?) form a sound attack after it was fired.

I have not even seen it referenced that Sasuke is going at mach speeds, and it would rip his body apart if he tried it. Look what happened to Lee after the fight with Gaara, and what Tsunade said the result of using the Lotus was.
Even so, it wouldn't really matter. Spidey has outclassed guys the speed of Quicksilver, and Venom's just as quick, and I've already adressed Electricity and Fire.

It was never said that Sasuke was moving faster then Sound, but it was said that Gaara's shield was and we know Sasuke was moving faster then said shield so put two and two together.
You haven't really covered fire at all. Torch put a ring of fire around Venom he never actually blasted him (don't ask me why) ask isn't going to be so considerate of Venom's safety when he attacks.
