Creel go owned, but do they seriously want to lead us to believe that Sentry can just unleash "the power of million exploding suns" in a 2 meter radius inside the earth's atmosphere without the surrounding area suffering ill effects? C'mon Marvel writers, you really must not think much of your readers sometimes. This is almost as bad as some of the PC Supes scans.

Not really , it's not like Sentry goes Super Saiyan or anything. He just concentrates all the power into Creel and Creel (as per usual) overloads.
Guys, he didn't 'funnel' it, and he didn't unleash some sort of explosion.
Again, with all of Sentry's power, a normal man would be ripped apart (which, I believe is where the existence of the void takes place)
But Sentry has major self-psionic capabilties. Thus, he can contain the power within himself. (When he was losing his mind, the void suddenly existed. Connection?)
Because of this capability to mentally contain the power, he is able to 'handicap' his power levels.
In the instance with Creel, all he had to do was handicap it less and less. He idn't punch, kick or do anything really, so there wouldn't be any backlashes to the power output (i.e. the tremors from walking causing nearby cars to fly up... or something)
All he had to do was touch Creel... and the power was too much.
From the first page preview of Annihilation #6. Could spoil some if you haven't been reading the series, but...Holy Sh*t.
