Why'd they only show Kenny's face once?

They've shown it more like 4 times. The first time was in the movie though, and since it was advertised like "Oh you'll see Kenny's face" people like to assume they only show it once. But he's been in there and talked a few times. Like in the Michael Jackson - er - Jefferson episode.

I loved that ep! He went all crazy and almost killed Blanket... I didn't see Kenny's face in there though. Did I miss it?! O_O AGGHHHH!

Kenny was the kid who pretended to be blanket so the other boys could sneak him out. He ended up getting his head crushed in the ceiling though remember?
