Remember that skinny blonde girl Terra who turned herself to stone to stop a volcanic eruption after she killed Slade? Well she comes back in the series finale, apparently with no memory of her past, which upsets Beastboy, cause I guess he took her on a date or sumthin and likes her. So basically they go on with fail and AIDS filled shit with BB trying to make her remember, then Slade attacks, BB kills him, but of course it is only a friggin robot. Terra then says sumthin along the lines of she doesn't want to remember in a sad voice and face implying she really does remember, then BB walks away all sad and shit to help his team fight some monster.

And that is how the Teen Titans show ended.
