UB/AM deserved his ban. There is no question of that. He was temporarily banned twice before for the very same reason that he is permanently banned now. He was probably officially warned a couple times too. He had his chance. Several chances in fact.
I'm not positive what 'duo' you're talking about Scythe, but I'm sure they didn't flagrantly ignore the mods when warned like that
