Superman can destroy moons with his power, so unless Plastic Man is Completely 100% Invulnerable to physical attacks (not to mention heat vision and cold breath) then Superman can definately hurt him.
Heat vision is his only option, but physical strength won't do it alone. Plastic Man is insanely durable.

Hed have to be Juggernaut level plus durable to be completely immune to Supermans strongest punches, and I dont think thats the case, or all that close really. Being malleable and stretchy is a nice defense against physical attacks, Reed gets that bonus too, but it hardly makes them 100% immune to them.
