Help Me Pic Out Which Movie To Make

I am in no way telling you not to do either of them, I'm just saying they sound like movies I've seen before, and like I said I vote for #1 because it sounds the coolest.

1. VERY VERY VERY different. Not that kind of movie at all. Wow. SO different. It is so out of the horror/torture catagory it isn't even funny. I'm a bit insulted by that, actually. And they aren't linked. I never said that. They are all placed in unique situations, but aren't connected.
2. See, it sounds similar, but it has a different feel and outcome, not to mention characters. It's an alternate to sports films.
3. Once again, a bit insulted. This is immensely different. It's more of a mix of Spiderman and Kamen Rider The First.

The 2nd one is your classic underdog story... No matter how you dress it up, it'll still be cliche. The 1st one takes a lot of aspects from different cliches; the revenge aspect from the cop, the disturbed background of a kidnapper and the fact that it's a teenage girl, yeah, that's never been done 🙄.

No. I didn't mean it like that. But SAW and STARKID? Honestly? Idea 1 is actually a whole new type of film, really. Nothing is actually borrowed. I made up the entire story in my head. Jeff is a homage to one of my all time favorite movie sagas. The third one may be pretty darn hard to pull of, but it would be like a neat superhero film.

It's not revenge. Most policemen in the kidnapping field have had their child kidnapped themselves, so they try to prevent others from going through the same thing thus very realistic. I met someone that was in that situation.

Uh, I'm only 15, durr. I couldn't really get anyone else for a role like that then my friend WHO IS A TEENAGE GIRL. 🙄

As Spoony said #1 isn't anything great and new.

I said STARKID, because while your movie idea might be a bit different, it's still the same old story. Man/boy finds special object that gives him super powers, a villian appears to challange the hero, the villian turns out to be someone close to the hero because it makes it that much more emotional.

I'm writing my opinions from the information you've given me, how do you not get that? You don't need to get an antsy.

I don't know what you're capable of as a director, I can only judge from your brief synopsis and explanations. I'm not impressed yet but that doesn't mean that you can't make decent films. I don't know who stuck a pole up your arse but you simply saying that something will be fresh and new doesn't necessarily mean it will be.

Still sounds like the average superhero movie.

The reason it was bad was because I realized that I tried to personally get me off of the project. I didn't like the idea, and I didn't like typing that much with the hard spot of HS I am in right now.

Pretty much every horror theme is cliche now... It's got to be something truely magnificant to be anything otherwise and I never took it as a blood and guts thriller, I saw it as a phycological thriller.
