1980's B-Movie question please help!

O.K. I am hoping someone can help me here as I was very young when I saw this movie and have not seen it since.
It had to have come out in the early 80's and was probably one of Sammy Terry's(great horror icon here in Indiana, look him up) B-Movies on every Saturday evening.
What I remember of the movie and all I remember is this part in a laundromat, paramedics pull this girl out of a dryer and she looked pretty awful. Of course I was like 4 when I saw it, so it may have not been so bad, but that's all I remember. I am sure one of you out there knows the movie. If you only have an idea, please send it my way, I will check them all out because it's driving me absolutely crazy!
