Much like death wouldn't have to worry about dying or these entities don't have to worry about fate. theyre untouchable except for by TOAA who allows them theyre presence

Eternity is the sum total of time in the universe.
Infinity is the sum total of the actual universe (although TehBigE usually seems to be portrayed as getting this position too)
They can't die simply because they don't really exist (absracts are symbolism brought to life). Really the only way one could permadently kill TehBigE is to annialate time.
In short Eternity is not above the universe is basicly is the universe.
