Spider-Man is stronger and I would guess faster and smarter. Omega Red is very strong and tough and also a better fighter and he has tentacles

Red. Spiderman doesn't have a healing factor, nor can he defend against life force absorbtion. Omega Red tears him apart. All he needs to do it snag him and squeeze. Carbonadium tentacles ftw.

Spiderman loses probably. I dont think Omega Red is as fast as Spiderman but he is still pretty smart sooner or later OR coud snag Spiderman.

On second thoughts its possible that Spiderman could just envelope OR with loads of webbing, im not sure if OR is strong enough to rip loads of webbing;
