Ash Crimson versus Ryu

To honor Major snafu and his cool preludes to fights:
Ryu is waiting in the Tokyo airport since he got a mail from Ken saying that ken is visiting Japan. He is still wearing only his karate gi and needs to know the time since Ken's late. He goes up to this really hot babe in red clothes, with an hour glass body and says:
Ryu: excuse miss, but do you know the time?
before he knows it, a surge of green flames pushes him away.
It's Ash Crimson!
Ash: miss? MISS?! you idiot! Do i look like a girl to you?!
Ryu: 😕 .....yes....you do.

Before he knows it Ash powers up and dashes at ryu. Ryu prepares for the fight.

Its SF3 Ryu versus post-KoFXI Ash (now that he has iori's flames and yata's teleporation). Who wins?

Ryu should be able to down Ash, but I don't know...Ash seems kind of tricky and sneaky...bah all he has is the Plot Device win. Whatever.
