Everyone worth anything in comics has a limitless something or is omni-something. Take those with a pinch of salt and use whatever is on panel to discern.
Apocalypse basically has little chance against Thanos. He is out-muscled, out-blasted, outlasted and even out-prepped in a battle, whether there is prep or not. With complete comtrol over his body and durability feats that speak for themselves, I cannot really see Thanos losing even one battle. Pimp hand for the win.

Apocalypse has him beat in weight.

Apocalypse has him beat in losses, and he loses to people far below the people Thanos whoops along with teams.
