a sex addiction? take it out om your partner
What do you do when you're partner is not there, and someone else is offering you this "drug"
A person with a sex addiction does not see sex as an act of love...sex is a "must"....a mental necessity regardless of who gives it to them. It's a sickness

if they abuse you? then they dont love you
But you loved them.....if you cheat on them, does that mean you somehow DONT love them ?

if they beat you, then they dont love you, regardless of how much you love them.

if someone offers this drug to you, this sex to sate your addiction, you resist. if you dont, it wasnt meant to be.
Oh yes..it's that simple....people resist alcohol, cigerettes, crack, cocaine, and weed ALL THE TIME when they're addicted 🙄
You really ARE disconnected from the real world, aren't you ?

That's not the point....If I loved someone, but cheated on them because they abused me (physically OR emotionally), it doesnt mean that I didn't love them....

There are 2 (most) important ingredients.....that allow everything else (trust, love, a healthy sex life, friendship, etc, etc) to fall into place....a) communication
b) compromiseIt is easier said than done, however. 😉
When I first started dating my girlfriend her mum took me aside and told me those two things plus she added on "don't take the relationship entirely serious, make jokes have fun with it". It's been six years now and I still can't get rid of her.
Not that I'd want to of course 😖
