What do you do when you're partner is not there, and someone else is offering you this "drug"

A person with a sex addiction does not see sex as an act of love...sex is a "must"....a mental necessity regardless of who gives it to them. It's a sickness

That's not the point....If I loved someone, but cheated on them because they abused me (physically OR emotionally), it doesnt mean that I didn't love them....

but it means that they did not love you. love is a give and take process.
