...Why do people have sex changes? They say things like "I'm a man trapped in a woman's body." and vice versa, but if men and women are the same, then that statement is ridiculous. Therefore a sex change operation is nothing more than an act of social-phobia -- afraid of what everyone else might think. Therefore, what those people need is therapy.

Even more so, one man is very different from another man, and one woman is very different from another woman.
