I am opening this so that all the sigs made or used by me can have opinions on them, or advise.
My current sig- do you think i should add something to this at all? Anywhere speciaically where i can get flashing graphics on my sig?

Either do this in your own thread as stated in the rules "only one thread per person", or just ask in the advice thread. There is no need to spam the forums with needless threads.
