That should make you think about his battles. He is being under written and we should base things off the gladiator that we know. Hes a villian and he is meant to be under written. But rachel is a high top tier, I can see her beating a lot of people (not going to name them, will start an argument) but I dont think that gladiator should be one of them to lose to her.

A lot of characters aren't being written well. Galactus is one. Kallark is very powerful. He lifted the Baxter Building
Rachel Summers is powerful. She has defeated Galactus. She lost to Thor. Her most impressive feat is when she stopped Necrom
I'm sure will see more of Kallark soon. Losing to Rachel isn't that bad. Very powerful mutant

No contest, Storm is a mutant by the way. But, Mo-hawk boy, could dismantle the entire X-Men team. So my girl Storm is dead.
No matter what version of Hulk you put up against Thor. The Green Machine is going to ripped Fabio apart.

The only hope Gladiator/Hulk has is for a successful speed blitz from Gladiator. Otherwise, Ororo/Thor wins. Hulk is not even a factor is this fight as both Storm and Thor can fight him at a distance while taking on Gladiator at the same time with their powers. Hulk has no way of combatting either elementals' power.

I'm pretty confident that Glades will destroy both thor and Storm with ease. I remember when vulcan was pretty much kicking the crap out of the Shiar imperial guard and then Glads got pissed and for some reason Vulcan couldn't harm him and you know what he said teh reason was .. something along the lines of "i Believe myself invincible therefore I am" or some crap. So if he does something like that again yeah I don't see team 2 doing anything more than waste his time. Team 1 ftw.
Really the only way thors team wins is with a stronger partner. Glads can hold his own against classic thor but storm gets ripped to shreds by hulk. She could not evn hurt him while both she and human torch were going all out. With a potential two on one thor s going down. He might prove very hard to take out but eventually the numbers will prevail
