Don't they have like field medics or something, who take care of their wounds at the battle, the wounds had to be treated quickly.

Why treat them? They're easily replaced by new ones.

Nothing cannon. I knwo the standard troopers don't have bacta processing capabilities. Since the kill capabilities of blasters seem to be rahter high in the SW universe, I don't think its that seirous of a problem.

I would assume field medics from the clip on Utapau.

Clones that were no longer compat ready were pushed into non-compat positions.

Severly woundd ones were "retired."

But I am sure that they never stopped when the war began, so they could be shovelling them out all during the war, so they would be easily replaced, even if it does take time.

Yes. However, its just not so damn easy to replace a man as it is a droid.
