I find it hard to think that two jobbers like Sinister and Apoc could defeat the dream-team of Doom and Mags. The power's there and the intelligence is too.

Well, Mags is a nonfactor here, because, menos PIS, he shouldn't be able to do a damn thing to these guys.

So, it's pretty much Apocalypse and Sinister vs. Doom

and there isn't any jobbing on the forums ('cept for Rhino ermm )

And Apoc/Essex are also both geniuses as well

I agree with the assessment that Apocalypse and Mr. Sinister are failures. Although, to Sinister's credit, all I've really heard him do was inhibit Gambit's powers so by default he's 100% in my mind. One for one. Not a huge record but a successful one.

Sinister is a bigger accomplishment than Apoc in terms of feats.
The only thing Sinister really would lose at, is bios.

Apoc has feats, go read the respect thread. Unless Team 2 has prep, they get ka-smashed. Sinister is a failure at times, but he shouldn't be. Current Apoc is a failure, but again, he shouldn't be. 'Classic' Apoc could solo team 2. But even current should be able to pull a few wins here.

Not really... he ends up failing before he achieves his goal, most of the time.
Sinister really does... nothing... but at least he doesn't lose at what he does...

Apocalypse has always been relatively lame. Even in the rare moments when he isn't losing. On the whole he's not a very good character.

At least Sinister exudes a creepy necrophilia-Rocky Horror-Picture-Show vibe.

Even with molecular body control there's a lot of damage to be done with bastardized science based powers. And it's not a matter of how much he's done, it's the record. If Sinister accomplishes 1 of 1 thing he had planned it's a better success rate than Apocalypse who is always trying to do things and all he's accomplished are things that they say he already did in the past when the character was created.
