Shadow King is Multiversal right? And is one of Marvel most powerful Telepaths as is Professor X. I would think somebody called Alpha Mutant would be high on the mutant ladder to right?

On second thought, maybe a toss-up. This is really hard. Proteus, Stryfe and Apacolypse are the villains that will cause the most trouble for the three. Poccy was first established as being a very powerful telepath. However, he's written so inconsistently that its hard to gauge the full scope of his powers. Sometimes he's written down so bad that even MAgneto beats him.
