First of all, I made something of myself and actually took peoples advice.

Also, it hasn't been failing past when I was here. Last year, the OTF actually had some very interesting threads, and ideas by everyone.

There are hundreds of threads made without any one thinking. And I'm pretty sure Kongu isn't the first person to make a thread about making threads, but like I said some people get at him when he posts.

It's obvious, when you make a thread that has no point and no where to go then it's the same as jumping up and down waving a big neon 'look at me' sign.

Not every thread, no. Nearly all threads outside of the OTF are looking for a debate/information/the like, they aren't crying for attention.

Ofcourse, just like there's a difference between a brown shoe and a black shoe.
