Obviously mace is MUCH better then koon. Can koon beat sidious? Lol, this is not even a fight. Agen can obviously hold koon or adi-mundi for a while until mace beat the other guy. Then the fight is over.

Koon can also defeat Sidious.

Koon is probably world class, but he is not in the same league as Sidious, Yoda, Dooku, Anakin and Mace who are in completely different league all together, which Obi-Wan is just a little short of.
