Fight is in downtown Manhattan at midnight. Both have standard equipment. Who wins?

I'm going with DareDevil cause of his superior skills and speed.

DareDevil seems to have more skills

DareDevil doens't have more skills than Blade. Blade has more weapons and experience with guys far faster and stronger than DareDevil.
