well, when i was 19 i got a DWI. i messed up my probation and the judge decreed that i go to first offenders boot camp. i was in there for three months with felons.
we ran like 5 or 6 miles a day. on our last day, we had to run 26 miles on a marked path through the woods and swamps surrounding the camp. if you didnt make it, you got recycled.
I'll take a few mental notes here....
thats a good question..
When its warm, I frequently trail run in the wasatch mountains but I have never actually measured the distances I run. My best guess is somewhere around 20 miles.
I'm thinking about training to do a local 50 mile trail run in june.. anybody here ever done this? I probably wont do it because I'm too lazy, but maybe..
