46 grams of whey protein isolates mixed with 16 oz of 2% milk.
1 cup of honey mustard an onion pretzels and 2 cups of jalapeno Cheetos.
1 protein bar from muscle tech. (A Meso-Tech bar: cookies and cream flavor.)
A peanut butter and jelly sandwich made with 3 TB of all natural peanut butter and 1 and a half TB of apricot jam. This sandwich was made with 2 slices of fiber enriched whole grain wheat bread.
1 and a half cups of Doritos.
1 cup of orange sherbet ice cream.
1 and a half cups of cottage cheese. (With fat.)
and I have one more meal to get in before I go to bed...maybe another protein shake.
Today was a "eat whatever" day. Usually I eat about a third to a forth of the carbs that I ate today because carbs make my stomach feel bloated. The calories from the carbs are usually replaced with calories from protein like chicken or tuna. I will post what I eat tomorrow to show the difference.
