Depends..... in his series, Lobo took down gods and demons and things.
He's really an inconsistant character, but if you look at his better showings, he'd simply tear Black Bolt in half.

Lobo simply heals from the scream (its to the death) and he can heal from one drop of blood (i think, correct me if I'm wrong). then he tears Black Bolt a new one.

BB only wins this because we're severely handicapping Lobo

I'm just clarifying that without the handicaps, Lobo would win. Well, with the cloning thing I guess that's obvious

First of all, that sounds insanely stupid. Second of all, Im sure Lobo technically can speedblitz. Third, eventually Lobo would tag BB - and to be honest, that'd likely be all that it would take if Lobo was going all out.
